Tim Jenkins, PVA
A certified residential real property appraiser since 1993, Tim was elected to serve as Scott County PVA in November 2006 and took office in December 2006. Emphasizing technology as a means to improve efficiency and public service, Tim made the creation of this web page one of several priorities in his first year as PVA. |
Heather Ray
Heather enters deed transfers, maintains the office sales book and assists with tax roll maintenance and customer service. She joined the staff in 2009 and will begin work toward CKA designation in 2010.

Daisy Gaines
As a field rep Daisy collects property data including photos and square footage and enters the information into our data system. She has served part time since 1995. |
Larry Harney
A 23 year public servant Larry has worked in the Scott County PVA office since 1999. He previously worked in the Kentucky Department of revenue for 16 years. He currently assists the PVA with assessment duties and is coordinating implementation of GIS mapping and maintenance. He earned his Certified Kentucky Assessor designation in 1988 and achieved his Senior Kentucky Assessor Designation in 1991. |
Edna Persley
Edna is our motor vehicle tax specialist. She also maintains mobile home park records and assists with customer service. She has worked in the PVA Office since December of 2004 and is working toward her CKA designation. |
Debbie Traylor
Debbie assists with the maintenance of the GIS Mapping, as well as assists with the tax roll maintenance and customer service. She joined our staff in 2008 and will begin working on her CKA designation in the fall of 2008. |
