As a new PVA I am committed to improving efficiency and quality of service through technology and training. To serve you better, I am pursuing the Certified Kentucky Assessor Designation and on schedule to achieve this designation in this term. I am encouraging additional training in tax administration and customer service for our existing staff too. This web page was implemented to assist you in understanding the functions of the PVA office and to help us efficiently serve the growing demand for tax roll information from real estate related professionals and the general public.
